All Zantiks systems have a back-up battery power source on the Zantiks Control Board (ZCB). This battery also powers the date and time on the live video and the data output.
If you look for a recent experiment in data files and it is not there, you may find it further down the list of experiments with the year 2022 as the date on the file. This would indicate that the battery needs replacing to restore the correct date and time. The batteries have a life of approximately 7 years before needing to be replaced.
