The top box and motor are dispatched separately from the main AD unit and need to be assembled.
There are 4 screws to attach the top box to the unit - make sure the sockets face the back of the unit, the four feet on the top box will slot into the holes on the top of the AD unit.
There are 2 screws to attach the motor to the motor plate on the top of the unit. First you need to plug in the white motor socket (which is at the end of a black cable coming out of the AD unit) into the motor. Then click the motor onto the motor plate, and screw in the 2 screws. The motor can either face at 90 degrees to the front if you are using the brass feeder mechanism (for fish) or pellet feeder for mice.
